Company Description

The heart of my work combines gentleness, strength, and evidence-based approaches with an intuitive understanding. I use inner and outer resources to support people, and sometimes laughter and irony along the way. Attending to banished voices, lost dreams, inner-child work, saboteurs, and avoidance helps to get people where they want to go. I utilize EMDR, have worked in grief support and inpatient. In addition, applying well-known factors in the neuropsychology of learning optimizes change. In practice, it all comes together using structure, flow, and clinical assessment.
